This mixer is to create meaningful connections between youth and supportive adults while sharing in the simple joy of good conversation, hot drinks, and a little holiday cheer.
Volunteer Roles & Needs:
-Setup & Atmosphere: Helping set up tables, decorations, music, and drink stations (cider, hot chocolate, toppings, cups, etc.)
-Serving Drinks & Snacks: Pouring cider or hot chocolate, managing the toppings bar (marshmallows, whipped cream, candy canes, etc.), and keeping everything stocked.
-Engaging with Youth: Sitting, chatting, and getting to know youth in a casual, supportive way—encouraging conversation and connection.
-Cleanup: Assisting with wiping tables, putting away supplies, and helping reset the space afterward.
**Supplies Needed - Hot chocolate powder, Cider mix, Milk, Peppermint Sticks, Whipped Cream. & Cups
