It's time for festive movies & snacks!
Volunteer Roles & Needs:
-Setup & Atmosphere: Arranging chairs or cushions, setting up the movie area, decorations, and snack stations.
-Snack & Beverage Support: Distributing popcorn, hot cocoa, and other treats while keeping the area clean and stocked.
-Engagement & Supervision: Sitting with youth, chatting, helping manage behavior if needed, and encouraging participation in a relaxed and fun way.
-Technical Assistance: Helping with movie setup, audio, and ensuring the viewing area is comfortable for all participants.
-Cleanup: Picking up trash, putting away chairs and supplies, and leaving the space tidy after the event.
**Supplies Needed - Popcorn, movie candy, & sodas.
